Core Coverage is our website maintenance service. All sites we are accountable to maintain must have Core Coverage. We provide:

• Peace of mind that the site is working smoothly and is delivering value to their business
• Trust that Cantilever will fix any website emergency that comes up.
• Confidence that their site is getting better over time, not worse
• Unlimited access to website experts who understand your business so they can scope and plan future changes.
• Regular meeting with the client to discuss new issues and ideas.

• Provide Peace of Mind. Clients get Core Coverage so that they don’t have to worry about their site. Make it easy for them by finding and fixing problems fast.
• Be Strategic. Cantilever is different from other firms because we become a true strategic partner for the client. Stay in touch with their business and make proactive suggestions about how the website can help them meet their goals.

• Perform services within Core Coverage that are not actually a part of that scope. This causes confusion.
• Frequently go over the allocated bug budget.
• Keep a Core Coverage level that is inappropriate for what the client needs. Shift up or down based on their needs.

Core Coverage Services

We try to stick to our typical cost for each package, however, we may modify the price on a per-site basis. For example if a site is super high profile and a target for hackers, we should charge more in anticipation of more extensive emergency response time.

Some sites may not require some services. For example, Webflow sites do not require Backup Management. We charge the same fee regardless for consistency.

Core Coverage is per-site, not per-client. However, for clients with more than one site on Core Coverage, we provide a 10% discount on all of their Core Coverage plans.
