For each of our Core Team , we have defined a pay scale which is market-aligned and profitable for Cantilever. Managers are responsible for evaluating their direct reports within the pay scale.

One of our values is Radical Candor, so we have decided to codify and publish our compensation publicly. Each team member’s pay tier (not their exact pay) is also visible to everyone else in the company in the Team Directory.

We offer full-time and part-time agreements, both of which include comparable pay and benefits, equalized by location. If someone can only work part-time because of a disability, life circumstance, or preference, we believe they are still entitled to all the benefits we can feasibly offer them.

All wages are published based on the person being a US W2 employee. For Core Team members outside the US we adjust the wages using a specific formula.
