Any of our should be represented as a Project within all of our Software. Here is a general checklist to follow to set up a new Project:
- [ ] Create the project in Harvest. Configure it according to the Project Plan and/or Scope of Work (SOW) Log your time setting up the project within that new project!
- [ ] Create a project in Asana using one of our templates in “Production General”. Fill out the project settings, linking to all relevant resources from the “Overview” tab.
- [ ] Send an inaugural Project Update within the Asana project to inform the team that we have started the Project
- [ ] Update the Project Plan to reflect the final Project Code and timeline. Change the status to “Project Started”.
